Hi there, I’m Hannah.
In practice since 2018, my clinical background spans a range of settings including private practice, family services, university mental health counseling, and school-based behavioral health. I have specialized training in mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, family resilience, and couples therapy.
I utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients make positive changes. I also incorporate attachment theory and mindful self-compassion into my approach. My work with couples is informed by Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
Outside of session time, you may find me enjoying a local park with my spouse, two toddlers, and our family dog.
